Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs clearance. Remote destinations and peak periods can add a few days.

Customs and duties

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Where they apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address or failed delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will reship it once at no extra cost. Email info@myhemios.online with your order number and the corrected address.
