30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide. If the bracelet is not for you, we refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked.

How to start a return

Email info@myhemios.online with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Condition

Wear it. Shower in it. Train in it. A return is accepted even if the bracelet has been worn — that is the point of a 30-day trial.

When you get your money

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank usually needs a further 5–10 business days to post it to your statement. That banking window is separate from our delivery times.

Damaged or wrong item

If the parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, send a photo to info@myhemios.online within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at our cost.
