Track Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our facility you get an email with the tracking number and a link — check your spam folder if you do not see it.

When will it move?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs. Tracking can take a couple of days to show its first scan — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Lost the email?

Email info@myhemios.online with the name and address on the order and we will resend the tracking link.
